Smoking, Vaping & Alcohol Policy

Cedar Rose Spa is a smoke-free, vape-free, and alcohol-free property. This policy is in place to protect air quality, linens, treatment spaces, and the comfort of all guests. Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere on the premises, including outdoor areas. Guests who wish to smoke or vape must do so in their personal vehicle and must change out of spa robes and sandals before leaving the building. All smoking materials and waste must remain in the vehicle.

Alcohol consumption is not permitted on the premises at any time, including before or during spa services. Guests who arrive under the influence of alcohol may be asked to reschedule their appointment for the safety of both the guest and service provider. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a clean, calm, and professional spa environment.

Outside Food & Beverages

To maintain cleanliness, sanitation standards, and a peaceful spa environment, outside food and beverages are not permitted inside Cedar Rose Spa. We are pleased to offer a curated selection of non-alcoholic beverages and charcuterie available for purchase, along with complimentary tea, water, and granola bars for our guests.

RESERVATIONS
We recommend making advance reservations to ensure your desired treatment date and time. A credit card number is required to hold an appointment, in accordance with our cancellation policy. Payment can be made via cash or credit card upon completion of your service(s).

Spa services are offered from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Tuesday through Saturday.

The Garden is open from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, Tuesday through Saturday.

ARRIVAL
It is recommended that you arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This ensures a seamless check-in process and provides you with time to unwind before your treatment begins. Please note that arriving late may result in a shortened treatment time, yet the full price of the service booked will still apply.

PERSONAL COMFORT
Our facility offers a locker with a digital keypad for you to set a personal security code. Complimentary robes (XS-5X) and sandals are provided, along with showers, shower amenities, and towels. Guests may dress down to their level of comfort, and our therapists are trained in proper draping techniques for your complete comfort and privacy. Undergarments must be worn in common areas.

VALUABLES
We advise against bringing valuables or jewelry to your spa visit. Please verify that you have collected all personal belongings from your locker and the pockets of your spa robe before departure. We cannot be held accountable for items that are lost, stolen, or misplaced.

PRIVACY AND QUIET
In the interest of tranquility, we ask that all mobile phones and electronic devices be set to silent mode and used discreetly within the Spa premises. Out of respect for the privacy of others, taking photographs, videos, or making any social media recordings inside our spa facilities is not permitted.

HEALTH CONCERNS
Please notify our team if you are pregnant, have any pre-existing conditions, or allergies before booking spa treatments or using the facilities. It is important to inform your service provider before starting your treatment to ensure your safety. Guests must complete an intake for where any health concerns can be addressed.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS
Guests must be at least 14 years old to receive services at Cedar Rose Spa. For guests under 14, please call us at +1 (605) 578-1180.

FEES AND SERVICE CHARGE

All prices are stated without South Dakota sales tax and gratuity included.

For gatherings of four or more, a gratuity of 20% will be added and allocated to your service provider.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your spa services, we do require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice from your service start time to avoid being charged the full value of the service/s booked. Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability. Guests asked to leave due to violation of spa policies remain financially responsible for services scheduled or already rendered.

PARKING

The parking lot for our spa is conveniently situated right in front, offering plenty of free space.

GIFT CARDS AND VOUCHERS

Vouchers cannot be used alongside of Cedar Rose Spa Gift Cards. When booking an appointment, please let us know if you will be using either a Voucher or Gift Card.
